Today we left St. Augustine and headed to Orlando. After checking into our very cool hotel, we got to go to Sea World. It was an amazing day, but the best part happened right at the end. We went to the Wild Arctic exhibit and Fozzie and I met some special friends from England. We met a wonderful family who had just lost there dear leonberger 2 weeks before. The little boy was in a wheelchair. Mom and Dad let us take a break from working, and we got to lay down on the floor while the family said hello. The little boy got out of his wheelchair and sat petting me. It was wonderful. Then he went and sat with Fozzie. Fozzie sat up and sniffed the back of the boy’s head. After he sniffed his head, he went straight to sniffing his heart. His mom was so excited she had tears in her eyes because that was where the boy had a traumatic brain injury and a heart attack. The mom said that she never saw a dog other than theirs that went straight to those 2 places. Even I have to admit it was really cool and I was so proud of my nephew for following in my footsteps. The photo is of the two of them together.
